At Trechō Endurance we provide three different tiers of training. Each tier providing different opportunities to help assist you in your goals. Below you will find a brief description of each plan.
Basic plan: This plan is designed for someone that is looking to get started. Sometimes knowing how to get started is the hardest part. We will not only help you get started, but help you build confidence to continue on this path of endurance. With weekly check-ins and monthly calls to discuss how training is going. You can rest assured we will keep you on track to your goals.
Advanced plan: Sometimes endurance training can get overwhelming and feel complicated. With this plan we will help you to navigate all the different aspects. One aspect we cover is strength training. Yes I know you signed up for endurance training. Having strength training in the schedule will help with your longevity in the sport. As well as, prevent some of the nagging little aches and pains that can accompany longer training. We also will discuss nutrition and hydration. How it pertains to your training and races (if you choose to race).
Premium plan: If you are looking to dial everything in and have the most customized plan to your needs. This is the plan for you. We will cover everything mentioned above, but in finer detail. An example of the finer details would be going over stuff like heart rate zones to enhance training. We will also help tailor the strength training to your goals. As well as, add in different mobility routines to keep all systems feeling good and strong. Once Trechō shirts, hats, and other goods become available you will also be given some gear to have.
